In 2018, fresh out of NUST with a Computer Science degree, I co-founded Hactric Solutions and spent the next six years growing it from two founders and an idea into a structured software company of 50+ professionals across engineering, design, QA, and delivery.
Being CEO taught me everything the hard way: winning clients, writing proposals, building processes, hiring and keeping great people, managing finances, and delivering web and mobile products for startups around the world, year after year, with consistent revenue growth.
In 2025, I relocated from Pakistan to Turku, Finland, immersed myself in a new culture and language, and set up my next chapter: helping businesses adopt AI and automation with the strategy, structure, and operational discipline I learned by building a company from zero.
